Football and Cheerleading Registration

The Melrose Park Gaels Registration Information
 
Registration Fee: 

Football or Cheerleading

Registration: $160 per participant

All fees are due at the time of registration !!

Registration Location:
Melrose Park Civic Center (25th Ave and Lake)

Cash or Checks payable to the Melrose Park Gaels
Credit Cards or Debit Card are not accepted.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee !!

Items to bring to registration: 

Copy of birth certificate and report card (after school ends) for the 2009-2010 school year with all 4 quarter completed with grades.
A sports physical completed by your doctor dated after January 1, 2010.

Who is eligible to play: 

Boys and Girls: 6 to 14 years old

Boys turning 15 years old after August 1st and will not be participating in any high school football program.

Equipment and Uniforms: 
The Melrose Park Gaels provide football equipment and cheerleading uniforms to all the participants which must be returned at the end of the season.
Additional items: 

Football players are required to purchase football shoes, support cup, and a girdle for holding football pads.
Cheerleaders are required to purchase cheerleading shoes and accessories for the season and competition. For purposes of uniformity, the purchasing of these items will be handled by the Cheerleading Committee. Details will be provided during registration.
